Pavel Danilin: Minsk will not be probably the break, said the head of the Center of political analysis. He made the prediction for coming negotiation on 11th February after the announcement of Obama and Merkel.

‘Thus, Europeans have not been ready to recognize the Crimea Russian’, writes Danilin.

In regard to his opinion, Putin will be offered absolutely invalid document. With this, Danilin explains.

‘It is important that the position of Russia has been expressed by Lavrov, it was distinctly said that Kiev is to achieve agreements of the DPR and LPR. At that, The East does not obey Russia; it means that Putin will repeat this in Minsk. Of course he will not be understood’.

‘And Minsk can be hardly the break, and cannot be the point of the ceasefire’, resumed he.
